    Job Title: Cloud Engineer

    Location: Nottingham - Hybrid/Remote - 1 day per week onsite.

    Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)

    Pyramid are currently looking for a talented Cloud Engineer to join our client in Nottingham. Our client are a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge cloud technologies to drive business growth and efficiency.

    As a Cloud Engineer, you will receive a competitive annual salary of £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience) along with a range of benefits designed to support your personal and professional growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work in partnership with stakeholders to design scalable and efficient cloud solutions based on Azure services, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
    • Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution for cloud-related problems.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system outages or performance issues.
    • Implement load balancing, caching, and content delivery solutions to ensure high availability and performance.

    Requirements:

    • At least 3 years expertise in Azure services, including compute, storage, networking, and databases.
    • Experience with PowerShell scripting
    • Knowledge of IaC tools i.e. Terraform
    • Experience in Networking - LAN / WAN
    • Experience using AD
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant, demonstrable experience in a similar role.
    • A confident communicator with different levels of stakeholders, both verbal and written, and can produce useful and concise documentation as necessary.
