    Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

    Starting from £14 per hour


    Major Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef to join our clients canteen team at a food manufacturing site in Menstrie, Scotland.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for food preparation and an eye for detail to contribute to the daily operations of our clients canteen, providing delicious meals for their on-site staff.

    This is a straightforward and enjoyable shift with a supportive team environment, and we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible on an on-going basis.


    Food Preparation:
    Ensure all dishes are prepared to a high standard, maintaining consistency and quality.


    • Kitchen Management: Assist with maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during operating hours.
    • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a professional kitchen environment.
    • Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques and kitchen safety.
    • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaing high standards of hygiene and food safety.
    • Punctuality and reliability, with the ability to work the specified hours (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
    Competetive pay starting from £14 per hour.


    • Regular, daytime working hours with weekends off.
    • No food ordering responsibilities - focus purely on cooking and service.
