Newly Weds Foods Banbury
Based on Lombard Way, Newly Weds Foods has been operational in Banbury since 2011. During that time our employee team has grown, and we now employ over 250 people. We have a Bakery, Blend factory and a dedicated Gluten Free factory.

We operate over a range of shifts in our production facilities, have on site services including a QA team, Engineers, Supply Chain, Logistics, Payroll and HR and we also have a dedicated on-site R&D team.


The Position
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Team.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.


What does it involve?

  • Receiving customer orders and inputting them onto the system, ensuring each order is followed through and any changes confirmed with the customer. Preparing export paperwork whilst keeping all relevant parties informed of order changes.
  • Answering customer enquiries or redirecting to the appropriate party.
  • Assisting Production Planning and Procurement to maximise efficiencies within the factory
  • Liaising with customers and providing an efficient order process.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Maintaining and coordinating stock replenishments to ensure their accuracy at all times
  • Assisting the Accounts Team in resolving invoice queries and raising credits
  • Any other duties as required.

What skills will you need?

Essential qualifications/requirements:


  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Experience At least 3 years' Supply Chain experience
  • Confident selfstarter with good communication skills
  • A good level of IT knowledge
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst remaining professional
  • Proven ability to simultaneously undertake several tasks

Desirable qualifications/requirements:


  • Experience in a FMCG environment
  • Good geographical knowledge of Europe
  • Experience of export documentation

Terms and conditions include:
