    In this role, you will be responsible for the equipment portion of various projects including validating the equipment selection, pricing, discounts, and submittal processes of the equipment portion of projects as required, and accountable for the strategy and performance achievement of the specific budget objectives.

    • Responsible for the optimization/validation of the equipment to include selection of size, configuration, voltage, options, etc. Responsible for evaluating possible cost savings and/or cost problems that will occur on various projects.
    • Validates project scope by reviewing transition documents, plans and specs; planning EQ/ VPP dollar breaks; and validating quantities and configurations.
    • Provides technical design support to customers under the direction of the sales team.

    Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction or Engineering Technology, or other related areas; or two (2) to three (3) years of experience in the HVAC industry performing project management or estimating roles; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.


    • Windows/ Microsoft Office product knowledge.
    • Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to:
    • This position is eligible for a Hybrid work schedule and will be based out of our Beford location. Flexible work from home options available.
    Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
