A highly regarded, Legal 500 national law firm is looking for a Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor with 4+ PQE to join as an Associate and play a pivotal role in its growth plan, enjoying unhindered progression all the way up to Partner level.
In the role, you will learn to advise on both the contentious and non-contentious areas of restructuring and insolvency, including corporate and personal insolvency, for a client base of insolvency practitioners, businesses, individuals, directors, banks, asset-based lenders and litigation funders.
