Grafton Recruitment are working on a successful Shipping & Logistics business who are looking for a Trainee Full Load Export Administrator to kickstart their career in Export/Import. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who is lookingto progress their career with excellent progression opportunities in Stallingborough area.

Role description

  • Export operations and Exports Administration
  • Customer Services


  • Admin

  • Issue sales invoicing to customers according to agreements and check and pass purchase invoices
  • Take bookings and create in our internal software
  • Liaise with transport planners and shipping lines
  • Learn all aspects of full load export operations
  • Completing export customs clearance
  • Use Datafreight/Destin8

You will have

  • A confident and approachable person
  • A high level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Administration experience
  • IT literate
  • A willingness to learn other roles in the team to build on personal experience
