We are seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team.

As a Customer Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze customer needs. If you are a motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills, we would love to hear from you.


Duties:


  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests inperson
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and promotions
  • Upsell additional products or services to meet customer needs
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette in all customer interactions
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and track interactions

Requirements:


  • Fluent in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,445.03 per year
