We are seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team.As a Customer Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests inperson
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and promotions
- Upsell additional products or services to meet customer needs
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette in all customer interactions
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and track interactions
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
Job Types:

From £25,445.03 per year
