- Preparation and review of management accounts and management reporting for a portfolio of clients
- Review of CIS for contractor and subcontractor processes
- Tax planning with clients
- Developing and managing financial systems and identifying areas for improvement
- Overseeing client deadlines to ensure junior team members prioritise their workload
- Responding to finance-related queries and providing analysis and insights to clients
- Offering guidance, support and training to junior team members
- Review of junior members performance via annual appraisals
- Capable of building strong relationships internally and externally
- ACA/ACCA qualified with experience managing junior team members
- Experience in managing a portfolio of clients with bookkeeping knowledge
- Experience with Xero accounting software is advantageous
