Title/Designation: Vice President - Sales, Marketing, Business Development & Strategy
Work Location: United Kingdom (responsible for UK, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, France, Italy)

Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for sales, marketing, business development, and market penetration in the UK, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, and France, Italy
· Profit & Loss (P&L) Management: Take full responsibility for the P&L of the Amarox business across all designated territories, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
· Tender Management: Oversee tender processes for B2C, hospital, institutional, and distributor businesses, ensuring competitive and successful bids.
· Team Leadership: Manage a diverse team, including field medical representatives and country heads, providing strategic guidance and leadership to achieve and surpass sales targets.
· Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share and enter new markets within the assigned territories.
· Stakeholder Relations: Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, distributors, and institutional partners, to ensure alignment with business goals.
· Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize market research, sales data, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and improve market positioning.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, regulatory affairs, and other departments to align sales and marketing strategies with broader company objectives.
Qualifications:
· Master's degree in management, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
· Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong preference for experience in the generic sector.
· Proven track record of managing P&L and driving business growth in multiple European markets.
· Extensive experience in tender management, particularly in B2C, hospital, and institutional sales.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team across various geographies.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Fluency in English required; additional European languages (German, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, French) are highly desirable.
· Willingness to travel extensively across the designated territories.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £150,000.00-£200,000.00 per year
