  • Summary of role
  • Endtoend recruitment for a number of open positions across fee earning and central functions business areas
  • Assisting the resourcing managers to deliver a proactive and responsive end to end recruitment service to the firm
  • Point of contact for internal and external recruitment enquiries
  • Establish strong working relationships with hiring managers, advising on process, advertising, screening criteria and interview methods
  • Owning the interview coordination process booking interviews, confirming and communicating internally and externally
  • Timely management of applicant tracking system
  • Direct sourcing using a variety of different methods and helping to map the market
  • Responsible for ensuring processes are GDPR compliant (liaising with internal risk team)
  • Working collaboratively with HR business support team and specialist HR teams
  • Developing and maintain agency relationships sending firm updates, host agency briefings and provide updates on roles
  • Arranging and leading agency briefings
  • Involvement in recruitment projects including PSL review, applicant tracking system and promoting diversity and inclusion
  • Essential and desirable criteria
  • Previous recruitment experience ideally within a professional services setting, either in house, agency or RPO
  • Service orientated with a positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organised and enjoys a highpaced and dynamic working environment
  • Demonstrates a clear ability to manage and prioritise a complex and changing workload efficiently
  • Experience of sourcing, screening and running an end to end recruitment process
  • A curious mindset that will challenge processes and suggest improvements
  • Ability to collaborate and have a strong team orientation
  • Excellent IT skills with experience of applicant tracking systems
  • The ability to analyse and manipulate data is desirable
