Hours: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm (full day)

Are you an enthusiastic graduate seeking a fulfilling opportunity in the field of education? We are currently recruiting multiple Learning Support Assistant to join our highly regarded Secondary School in Hounslow to support our KS3 & KS4.

This role offers a supportive school environment where you can gain valuable experience, even without previous education experience, and provides the potential for fully funded teacher training in the academic year 2023/2024.

Responsibilities:

As a Learning Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Providing support in Secondary School classes which include Maths, English and Science.
Collaborating with teachers to create engaging and effective learning experiences for students.
Assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans and supporting students with diverse abilities.
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

A demonstrated passion for working with children and supporting their learning.
Previous experience working with children, whether paid or voluntary, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills to establish positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Emotional intelligence and the ability to support a diverse range of pupils.
