    -Integrated Account Director

    -Bristol Based Marketing Agency.

    -B2B and B2C Client Base.

    Are you a strategic Account Director with a passion for delivering exceptional integrated marketing campaigns? We are seeking a talented individual to join a Bristol based full-service marketing agency, where creativity meets strategy, and innovation drives results. As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse portfolio of clients spanning both B2B and B2C sectors.

    Client Management:

    -Build and nurture strong relationships with a varied client base, understanding their unique business needs and objectives.

    -Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

    Strategic Leadership:

    -Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with clients' goals.

    -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.

    Project Oversight:

    -Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.

    -Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality results.

    Team Collaboration:

    -Work closely with internal marketing teams, including creative, digital, and account management, to ensure seamless delivery of integrated solutions.

    -Provide leadership and mentorship to account teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

    Business Development:

    -Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts.

    -Contribute to new business pitches and proposals to expand the agency's client base.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    -Proven experience in a senior account management role within a full-service or integrated marketing agency.

    -Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing landscapes.

    -Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

    -Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.

    -Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

    Requirements:

    -Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

    -4+ years of experience in account management/as an Account Director within an agency setting.

    -Proficient in project management tools and CRM software.

    -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
