    Our client who is based on the outskirts of Burton on Trent are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead their customer support team.

    The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

    The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.


    Main responsibilities will include:
    Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer service representatives.
    Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement
    Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide updates on performance metrics.
    Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
    Handle complex customer issues and provide support to team members in resolving challenging cases.
    Commercial awareness of all business areas

    Key skills:
    People management experience including performance & engagement
    Strong leadership & communication skills
    Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels
    Excellent organizational and time management skills
