Receptionist/Guest Experience Manager
Glasgow City Centre
£20,000 - £23,000
Reporting to Building Manager
Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm
Reed Glasgow Business Support are working with a national real estate company to recruit a Receptionist/Guest Experience Manager on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated receptionist that aims to be part of thriving UK wide business.
The duties of the role are:
- Being responsible for facilitating a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for tenants and guests across two properties.
- Supporting the Building Manager and Management Team with daytoday operations and maintenance.
- Communicating with tenants, meeting/greeting guests, and welcoming clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Running guest management processes.
- Providing guests with an excellent service.
- Carrying out a range of administrative duties like answering incoming calls and managing an inbox.
- Participating in regular meetings with Building Manager and following up on any issues that arise.
- Maintaining a tidy front desk/reception area.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1 or more years working a reception/front desk role.
- IT knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fast accurate typing skills.
- A motivated, proactive attitude to work.
