Land Surveyor and Measured Building Surveyor- required for our client that has been established for over 25 years based in their Surrey office. The Land Surveyor / Measured Building Surveyor will be working for a company that offer a range of surveys to their clients across the UK from their regional offices.


The main areas of field work are in London and the South East, projects ranging from small domestic topographical surveys to large retail/commercial sites and measured building surveys of small and large buildings.

Due to the business expanding our clientare looking for motivated and committed individuals to join the Land and Measured Building Survey Department at all levels.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy company with exciting growth and expansion plans, for the right individual there willbe progression open and opportunities to climb the ladder within the company


Land Surveyor and Measured Building SurveyorPosition Overview

  • Measured Floor Plans
  • Full Building Elevation Surveys
  • Produce topographical surveys and monitor and setting out surveys
  • Building Sections
  • Checking Existing Plan Accuracies
  • Daily use of AutoCAD
  • Site Visits

Land Surveyor and Measured Building SurveyorPosition Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a land & building surveyor
  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
  • Ability to work robotically
  • Good knowledge of Leica 1200 total stations
  • Ability to undertake fully connected measured building surveys.
  • Good skills working with AutoCAD 2D/3D.
  • Experience in using a theodolite or scanner advantageous
