£25,000 - £30,000 p/a

This is a fantastic role within a financial services organisation, for someone with similar experience who wants to develop their skills and support a friendly team

Our client is looking for a Resource Planning Analyst to join their growing and experienced team.

As a Resource Planning Analyst, you will be supporting the Operations team through accurate resource planning to ensure a smooth customer journey.

This is in addition to working office hours Monday-Friday in their state-of-the-art office with onsite parking.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Developing propensity models to aid understanding of customer behaviours
Producing short, medium, and long term plans for Operations
Supporting operational teams in the process and optimisation of scheduling resource
Undertaking 'planned vs actual' analysis to improve planning accuracy
Identifying and highlighting performance/service risks to Operations
Supporting the development of CRM reporting and analysis

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
