The Programmatic lead specialist reports to the Media Director and will drive the integrated Paid Media product offering for the agency.

While their deep specialism will be in programmatic they will be able to think strategically, creating solutions forclients that harness all areas of Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliates, Marketplaces and beyond.

Description

ROLE SNAPSHOT
The Programmatic Lead Specialist role is a pivotal leadership role in Jaywing. Reporting into the Media Director, this role and will work in partnership with leaders across the business.

The role requires an ability to deliver holistic paid media strategiesthat build fame and drive fortune for our clients - and deliver them.

It also requires in-depth knowledge of programmatic media as the lead will own this proposition and the partners we work with.


STRATEGY

  • Drive innovation and the development of the Jaywing programmatic offering
  • Devise paid media strategies alongside internal teams and oversee the delivery of these strategies across all clients, whist playing a key role in leading the strategies for our critical clients
  • Collaborate and support multidiscipline solutions to ensure our offer is integrated for clients
  • Partner closely with Creative & Strategy to ensure we're providing creative programmatic solutions and execution

DELIVERY

  • Build and advise clients on their programmatic activity in the mix of their paid media & overall marketing strategy
  • Work with existing agency teams and accounts to drive growth via their usage of paid media
  • Support daytoday campaign operations ensuring clients receive a high level of service and quality work
  • Ensure clear value reporting to clients

NEW BUSINESS / CLIENT GROWTH

  • Work with New Business and client teams on new opportunities, leading in pitches
  • Acquire and transition new accounts into Jaywing
  • Work with existing client teams to identify opportunities to grow accounts
  • Provide proactive solutions and ideas for client teams to share with their accounts
  • Create case study material that demonstrates our expertise

LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT

  • Provide strong mentorship and inspiration for the team and clients
  • Work with the team to help them progress in their role, whist being involved in PDPs and regular informal reviews to ensure you're able to lead the product with transparency
  • Celebrate success and individuals within the team
  • Deliver constructive feedback to achieve positive outcomes

  • Promote and adhere to the organisation's culture and values
  • To undergo relevant training and development required by the business
  • To work with colleagues in other areas of Jaywing to develop their understanding of paid media
  • Supporting the development of new services and propositions at Jaywing

Profile

The successful Programmatic Lead Specialist will be able to demonstrate:

Essential

  • They have forged a successful career in Paid Media and digital marketing, whether agency, client or media owner.
  • Extensive experience in programmatic marketing and working with partners across numerous platforms.

You will be familiar with wider performance channels to support integrated sales and opportunities and powering paid strategies within the context of therole of the paid channels.

Channels include Organic Search, PR & Organic Social, Content Strategy, UX & CRO


Desirable

  • Agency side experience
  • Knowledge and experience of offline media
  • Knowledge of measurement and attribution
