IN DETAIL:


The New Business & Marketing Assistant will sit across the New Business & Marketing Team at Goodstuff, working closely with the Senior Management Team and supporting both by delivering excellence with all activity relating to new business growth and development, helping to build our external profile, and promoting the Goodstuff brand.

They are expected to develop effective Goodstuffer relationships and support the smooth and seamless running of new business pitches and marketing initiatives.

Reporting to New Business & Marketing Manager.


This role is a brilliant opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of the advertising and media industry, as well as the inner workings of an independent agency, working closely with senior leadership, as well as being able to work in the best agency in the business.


  • Support with updates to social media accounts and website. Working closely with the New Business & Marketing Manager to produce monthly plans and analytics.
  • Support and execute planning and organisation across marketing related events and awards.
  • Support with regular reporting across both new business & marketing, using internal trackers and external software
  • Support to produce inventive marketing materials required for new business.
  • Conduct research and build profiles of key verticals and prospective clients.
  • Assisting with the pitching process, including credentials, research, organising and coordinating meetings, and other pitch associated documents.
  • Support new business projects through research, project management, design, and writing.
  • Be responsible for the management and organisation of document filing and archiving to ensure everything can be found in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with internal client teams to understand what work is being produced from the agency and plan accordingly.
  • Ensure efficient management of POs, timely invoicing, and quick resolution finance queries.
  • Be a team player, take initiative and get stuck in.
  • Build collaborative relationships with Goodstuffers.
  • Take responsibility for delegated deliverables and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally at all times.
  • Take direction in coordinating diaries and requirements for internal meetings.
  • Develop internal initiatives to further deepen the relationship between New Business & Marketing, and the agency.
