We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our Year 4 team in Hounslow. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of £85 - £100 PAYE per day.

As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting a child with special educational needs, collaborating closely with their class teacher and SENCO.

Your expertise and compassionate approach will help create a nurturing learning environment tailored to meet the individual needs of the student.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a child with special educational needs, providing personalized support and accommodations
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapt teaching strategies to meet the student's unique requirements
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting the student's participation and engagement in class activities
• Collaborate effectively with the class teacher, SENCO, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support and progress monitoring

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Extensive experience working with children with SEN, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and physical disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with students, colleagues, and parents
• The ability to work as part of a team, supporting the overall goals and objectives of the school
