    Description
    For initial 12 months candidate will be trained at Warrington WA3) - Travel / Accomodation support shall be provided


    Key responsibilities:

    • Demonstrate a number of competencies within relevant cells to support the changing needs of the customer
    • Apply procedures detailed within the appropriate assembly instructions and specifications as defined by the Team leader
    • Record issues affecting the daily short interval management (SIM) objectives
    • Comply with the Quality, Environmental Management systems, Health & Safety Policy and Housekeeping 5S process
    • Complete standard tests and inspection against quality standards
    • Suggest proposals to improve the working procedures and cells
    • Identify and express to the team leader any risks regarding health and safety, quality and environment, including all incidents and near misses
    • All lost time in production is known and recorded
    Essential Requirements


    • Understand assembly drawings and work instructions
    • Understand schematic wiring diagrams
    • Able to assemble mechanical/electrical switchgear using assembly drawings
    • General experience with assembly hand tools and wiring tools ie crimping tools, spanners sockets etc
    • Preferable that the applicant has experience in assembly switchgear or similar products
    Applicant should be able to wire a small LV panel using a block diagram
