    Hourly Paid Lecturer - Computer Science
    53 per direct teaching hour.
    This includes the following elements: teaching, preparation and marking of the scheduled program of work.

    The department has research strengths in Interactive Systems, Computational Intelligence, Cognitive Computing, Pervasive Computing, and Cybersecurity, with active research groups breaking new ground in these fields.

    We are seeking to appoint Hourly Paid Lecturers in the Department of Computer Science.

    Our areas of specific interest are cyber-security/forensics/networking; data science/big data/cloud infrastructure; software engineering; In addition to appropriate knowledge and experience, you should possess excellent communication and presentation skills and a willingness to flexibly contribute to teaching and associated duties on undergraduate programmes in any or all of these areas.

    The work could involve, for example, taking lectures, seminars and/or laboratory classes, particularly at the first and second-year undergraduate level.
