As a Digital Display Advertising Manager, your main role is to oversee the programmatic advertising strategy across the UK & other international markets.
Planning, activating, and optimizing YouTube and Display campaigns to expand their client base.Responsibilities:
- Maximize awareness, consideration, and new joiners from Display advertising within designated budgets
- Lead all aspects of the Display strategy for the UK and provide support to international markets.
Manage campaign set up and optimization across various platforms, including DV360, YouTube, Teads & Quantcast.
Utilize data-driven insights to guide investment allocation across all platforms and campaigns effectively.
Liaise with the in-house studio to plan and develop top-notch creative, rotating these as needed across campaigns. This involves managing a vast collection of creative formats and digital ad assets.Continuously experiment and improve, adapting and optimizing activities to enhance performance.
Be accountable for reporting on Display performance as needed, collaborating closely with a Digital Analyst to devise, build, and activate campaigns.
Share key outcomes with a variety of stakeholders. Cultivate and enhance relationships with external partners and suppliers like Google to ensure adherence to the latest industry standards.
Develop and oversee long-term project plans, engaging in various forms of iterative testing.Stay up-to-date with broader paid social trends and progress, offering fresh ideas and perspectives to the company. Innovate and question the status quo utilizing competitive insights, industry knowledge, and our internal data.
Perform any additional Ad Hoc duties as necessary.Skills and experience required:
- Passion for digital marketing, eager to learn in a dynamic environment
- Direct experience in managing Display campaigns for a minimum of 3 years. Ideally having account management background from a digital agency.
- Proficient in managing complex accounts with substantial budgets, preferably in Fitness/Health/Leisure/Retail sector(s).
- Thorough understanding of managing campaigns through platforms like DV360, YouTube, Teads & Quantcast.
- Knowledgeable and skilled in using Google Analytics. Possesses strong analytical abilities, adept at manipulating datasets & problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate performance, providing actionable insights. Creative & commercially oriented, capable of crafting messages and assets that resonate with diverse audiences
- Strong time management & organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Interested in sports & fitness, embodying the values
- Takes responsibility for performance, ensuring all objectives are achieved
- Capable of fostering strong working relationships and networks for success. Able to handle multiple projects effectively while maintaining composure
