  • £55,000***We have the most amazing opportunity for Sports fans Based at this well established club, we are looking for a PA to support the CCO during an exciting time of change The CCO is extremely busy and they are looking for a PA who can work in a partnership with them, assisting with projects, in addition to traditional PA duties. The CCO is extremely approachable and they are looking for an experienced PA who can hit the ground running Your attention will be second to none; you will need to be an experienced PA who is proactive, organised and forward thinking. The club has a fantastic culture; everyone is very friendly and they are looking for a PA who will become part of the team.

Duties will include:

  • Diary management
  • Liaising with all levels across the club
  • Project management
  • Arranging and attending meetings, taking notes and following up
  • Acting as a right hand person
  • Inbox management
  • Travel arrangements

Requirements:


  • Strong MS skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Able to use initiative
  • Flexible and happy to multitask
  • Technology savvy
  • Efficient
  • High attention to detail
