Electronics Test Team Leader

Electronics Test Team Leader required to work for manufacturing company based near Fareham, Hampshire.

This role involves hands on supervision and management of a team of Test technicians completing automated and manual test on electro mechanical products including down to component level.

You will also be responsible for writing reports on your findings and feeding back to the engineers.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced test technician or team leader to work within a very busy expanding business.

The Test Team Leader is responsible for the test and diagnostics of all production PCB assemblies (i.e., those released from NPI status and does not include repairs and returns) including planning and managing departmental workload.

They will ensure a positive working relationship is maintained with the Technical Team Leader so that common resource is efficiently shared between departments.

The Test Technician will have the following experience:

Distribution of work
Overseeing of quality

- technical specialist on issues

Able to use test and measurement equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
Test down to component level
Test experience
Able reports on findings
Follow test procedures and instructions and follow engineering drawings
Computer literate
