The role
As an Electrical Systems Authorised Person, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will provide the estates department with low voltage safe systems of work, which includes issuing permits to qualify staff to carry out their duties

Assist management team in maximising the utilisation of all the sections resource.
Identify, analyse, investigate, diagnose, and generate solutions to problems for any electrical issues on site.
Investigate, plan, progress and manage a variety of electrical based projects across the site.
Produce, review and amend planned preventative maintenance documentation.
Please note you need to need be comfortable working at heights confined space entry

Essential experience of the Electrical Systems Authorised Person:

18th Edition Regulations

Authorised Person

Low Voltage (AP2)
Authorising safe practice on Standby Systems

Hybrid working options are available and can be discussed with your manager

Qualifications for the Electrical Systems Authorised Person:

Apprenticeship in Relevant Electrical Engineering Discipline or Equivalent minimum to SVQ level
City and Guilds 18th Edition or equivalent
