Description
Role Activities
- Support management through project planning and coordination to meet commitments on time and within resource limitations.
- Assist with daily operations and the implementation of standards, procedures and best practices
- Reviewing the project management software platform and ensuring all tasks are adhering to naming conventions, regular updates are being made, reporting tools are staying current (Asana, Trello, etc.)
- Post weekly updates to project tasks updating all collaborators and key stakeholders of project progress and roadblocks
- Study client's requirements and assess scope of work and timelines for implementation of software solutions
- Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and creating internal documentation for teams to follow
- Convert project/business requirements in to scope of work for the deployment teams
- Improve business processes and provide input to automate project execution
Skills Required:
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or similar field with applicable experience
- Experience with Asana or similar project management platforms
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite & Google Suite
- Attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Certification or experience in project management

Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
