Tradewind Recruitment are sourcing for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to work at a Prep School in Tonbridge. This will be within their Nursery and Pre-School department where you would be working with their 1-4 year olds, and would be allocated 3-4 children as a Key Worker.
The school is a multi-form entry Prep School based in Tonbridge. They encourage a full journey through the school for their children, with most children being enrolled from as early as 3 months and could be taken all the way through to the end of Key Stage 2. The school has been inspected by the ISI as recently as March 2023 and it highlighted the School leadership are effective and the systems in place for professional development are strong.
