    JobDescription:

  • TheOpentext xPression Opentext Exstream Developers will have thefollowing responsibilities:
  • Migratingnotices/forms/templates from xPression to Exstream.
  • Assisting in the redesign or creation of notice headersbodies document styles and formats.
  • Producingrequested documentation.
  • Providing support fortroubleshooting production problems and ensuring product supportfor taxpayer notices converted to Exstream.
  • Assisting in the creation of 508 compliant templates fornotifications.
  • Collaborating withclients/customers to develop technical strategies andframeworks.
  • Conducting annual basic Exstreamtraining classes.
  • Providing weekly statusupdates.

    • QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Familiarity with all aspects of OpentextxPression and Exstream Dialogues including installationconfiguration code development customization andimplementation.
    • Experience in creating varioustypes of templates such as letters statements bills yearendstatements tax forms and email notifications.
    • Familiarity with requirements analysis designspecifications development and testing of Dialogue.
    • Proficiency in coding and/or application components andtranslating functional specifications into technicalspecifications.
    • Indepth knowledge of pagecomponents such as text boxes tables logos pictures andheaders.
    • Efficient troubleshooting and supportfor functional and productrelated issues including writing testplans and preparing test cases.
    • Experiencewith 508 compliances.
    • Familiarity with thesoftware development life cycle (SDLC) and projectmanagement.
    • Bachelors Degree from anaccredited college or university required; an additional four yearsof related work experience can substitute for a degree.
    • At least five (5) years of relevant experiencerequired
    • Excellent analytical skills withstrong attention to detail
    • Demonstrated highcommitment to quality
    • Strong interpersonalcommunication and writing skills
    • Experience inplanning and accomplishing goals and complicated tasks andproviding consultation on complex projects as a toplevelcontributor or specialist
    • Strong collaborationskills and desire to work in a highly collaborativeenvironment.
