Our busy, popular and expanding academy, which has strong links with Lincoln University, is looking for a first-class Teacher who is enthusiastic, motivated and highly committed to working with our amazing children.

Who is a positive role model who inspires a love of learning in your pupils and has the ability
to motivate all and differentiate and who wishes to join a dedicated and successful team who work collaboratively to achieve the highest standards for all pupils

• Who is able to provide high quality teaching and learning
• Who enthuses and inspires children to be the best they can be, fostering a love of learning in

all pupils

• Who is able to demonstrate high academic expectations of all pupils coupled with strong behaviour management skills.
• Able to understand how different pupils learn and the barriers some face to their learning.
