    Description

    Waking Nights - Concierge Location : A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a waking night concierge post in our young peoples supported accommodation service in Chesterfield.

    This role is a key member of the team, providing out of hours assistance to 12 young people within a 24-hour supported accommodation setting.

    Job holder will be expected to monitor the service overnight on a waking night from 8pm to 8am. Working to a 3-week rolling rota. Most work undertaken will be of routine nature requiring the job holder to follow established practices, procedures and policies.

    Where incidents arise then jobholder will be the first point of contact and will be required to respond to the needs of young people, incidents and follow procedures to maintain the safety and security of residents.

    safeguarding concerns or anti-social behaviour then the job holder will be the first responder and will be required to respond appropriately to address or diffuse situations and to escalate to on call cover or emergency services.
