    Job Title: Private Chef for UHNW Family

    Location: Regents Park residence with occasional travel for private yacht

    Salary: £76,000 - £92,000 per annum, dependent on experience

    Job Type: Full-time, immediate start

    Shift Pattern: 15 days on and 15 days off (negotiable)

    Overview:

    Smyth & Co. Luxury Recruitment Consultants is currently assisting one of our esteemed clients, an Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) family residing in Regents Park, in their search for a skilled and experienced Private Chef. This exclusive opportunity offers the chance to join a prestigious household and deliver exceptional culinary experiences in both the residence and on their private yacht.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with our UHNW family client to curate exquisite Mediterranean healthy-style and British cuisine menus.
    • Source the finest ingredients and create seasonal menus tailored to the family's preferences and dietary requirements.
    • Execute flawless meal preparation and presentation for daily dining as well as special events hosted at the residence or on the yacht.
    • Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with all food safety regulations.
    • Take ownership of all kitchen-related responsibilities including grocery shopping, menu planning, and meal preparation.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years' experience cooking for UHNW families, demonstrating expertise in Mediterranean and British cuisine.
    • Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
    • Flexibility to travel and work on a rotational schedule (15 days on, 15 days off).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and discreet demeanor.
    • Ability to deliver exceptional culinary experiences while working independently and efficiently.
