We are looking for a Senior Management Consultant, ideally with knowledge of both procurement and change management processes to enhance our service offering and support our projects. The Role:

As a Senior Management Consultant, you will deliver procurement or change management projects, applying your expertise in stakeholder management to achieve positive outcomes. This role will sit within our Life Sciences team but offers the opportunity to work across multiple sectors, providing strategic support and facilitating impactful change within our clients' organizations.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement and transformation projects to deliver cost savings and value creation
• Design and implement strategies that align with client objectives and market conditions
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and buy-in across all levels of the client organization
• Conduct market analysis and leverage insights to inform procurement decision-making
• Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development

Who We Are Looking For:

• Individuals with significant experience working in a consulting environment
• Procurement expertise would be beneficial
• Life sciences / pharma expertise desired but not essential
• A foundation in change management methodologies
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results
