    Join an internationally recognised law firm and work closely with a major technology and retail organisation in combating fraud and cybercrime on a global scale. As an Associate, your role will be pivotal in supporting their strategy, managing investigations, and facilitating criminal enforcement actions. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the fight against fraud and cybercrime.

    About the Role:

    • Assist in fraud and cybercrime investigations across various territories, providing legal support for criminal and civil enforcement actions.
    • Collaborate closely with our client, either as an employee or through a secondment arrangement.
    • Manage and coordinate investigations with the aim of bringing criminal enforcement actions and civil claims.
    • Some work will involve collaboration with local law firms outside the UK, including Europe and India.
    • Liaise with clients extensively, analyse complex data packages, and prepare trial material such as witness statements and exhibits.
    • Have the opportunity to manage and progress your own diverse caseload.

    About You:

    • Ideally, you are a solicitor or barrister with 1-3 years PQE.
    • Possess exposure to criminal and civil fraud work, preferably engaging with commercial clients.
    • Show the ability to independently manage and drive forward your own caseload.
    • Knowledge or interest in cybercrime or e-commerce related fraud issues is advantageous.
    • Experience with instructing investigators, counsel, and overseas law firms is a plus.
    • Ambitious, proactive, and confident in engaging with clients and managing complex caseloads.
