    ­Client Services Associate (Banking)

    Location: London City

    Work arrangement: Full-time, Hybrid (2-3 days in the offices)

    Salary: £33K

    What you'll do

    The client services associates lead the way in delivering the service the bank's clients deserve. You will engage with clients on a day-to-day basis supporting them in understanding what the bank can offer.

    You may also be involved in assisting our operations team with various operational tasks across our savings and lending teams.

    This is a fast-paced, busy role, ideal for those looking for a challenge and the chance to shape and grow in one of the UK's newest banks.

    When you'll do it

    Our client services team will be available Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm. You may on occasion be required to be available for our clients on a Saturday between 9am – 1pm.

    Skills/Experience

    Passionate about offering an exceptional level of client service.

    Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) – ability to build rapport with clients across all communication channels

    Experience within a client services or customer service environment offering outstanding levels of client service.

    Tech savvy – able to navigate a broad range of internal systems and platforms, with full training and a willingness to learn

    Confidence in working independently and making decisions to appropriately escalate issues to management or other departments

    The ability to multitask, you'll be navigating different systems and processing information all while speaking with our clients

    Experience of the principles of Treating Customers Fairly and the Conduct Rules for banks as well as awareness of Consumer Duty.

    An understanding of FCA regulatory requirements, specifically in relation to Financial crime and the importance in a first line role
