- Support the annual reward cycle including pay review, bonuses, data reporting and benchmarking
- Provision of employee benefits related expertise to the wider organisation throughout the year and develop good relationships with third-party providers
- Support and deliver ad hoc projects on the firm's benefits programme, wellbeing initiatives, payroll process and reward strategy.
- Knowledge of the legal/professional services reward and benefits market would be advantageous.
- An ability to build strong business relationships across all levels.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
