Reward and Benefits Advisor (FTC)

£45,000 - £50,000

London (hybrid)

Overview:

Dartmouth Partners are delighted to be working with an established law firm who are looking for an experienced Reward and Benefits Advisor to join the team, initially on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity. The role is hybrid working and will be based in London.

The role:

• Support the annual reward cycle including pay review, bonuses, data reporting and benchmarking
• Provision of employee benefits related expertise to the wider organisation throughout the year and develop good relationships with third-party providers
• Support and deliver ad hoc projects on the firm's benefits programme, wellbeing initiatives, payroll process and reward strategy.

The experience:

• Knowledge of the legal/professional services reward and benefits market would be advantageous.
• An ability to build strong business relationships across all levels.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
