    Role Overview:

    As a Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising paid social media campaigns to drive lead generation and increase brand awareness & engagement. You will work closely with key stakeholders to develop creative strategies tailored to our target audience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
    • Create and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad copywriting, and creative asset development.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and optimise campaigns to achieve KPIs and ROI goals.
    • Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social media advertising.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in paid social media advertising.
    • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
