- Substantial experience and a deep and broad understanding of HR strategies, policies, and disciplines.
- Experience operating at a senior level and a demonstrable ability to influence a range of critical stakeholders, with a capacity to develop strong internal networks.
- Ability to operate and engage at the Board / Executive level and across various stakeholders.
- Degree educated, CIPD (or equivalent professional qualification) qualified, and further evidence of continuous professional development.

Drive an organisation's design agenda to achieve its business goals and objectives and deliver and sustain its growth agenda—own workforce planning against budget.
As a member of the Management Board, play a significant role in the leadership of the business, assuming collective responsibility for shaping and delivering business objectives and growth initiatives.
