- Assisting the class teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
- Collaborating closely with other members of the SEN team, classroom teachers, and external professionals to ensure the holistic development of students.
- Monitoring and documenting student progress, behaviour incidents, and interventions as per school policies and procedures.
- Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills in supporting students with SEN, especially those with challenging behaviours.
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (e.g., SEN TA certification, Team Teach training) would be advantageous.
- Full-time availability and commitment to a long-term position within the school.
