Data Scientist

West London, UK (3 days per week in office)

Up to £75,000 Salary

OVERVIEW

Major UK travel giant hiring for a Data Scientist to join their well-established Data Science function, working on a range of commercially applicable Machine Learning projects As a Data Scientist, you will be working within a well-established of Data Scientists on a range of ML projects, solving commercial challenges through a variety of Machine Learning techniques. Your responsibilities as a Data Scientist will include but not be limited to:

• Solve operational challenges & problems through a variety of Machine Learning techniques.
• Work within a small team of Data Scientists on commercially applicable Data Science projects.
• Leverage a breadth of operational Data Science techniques and models to deliver key projects for the Data Science team.
• Engage with business stakeholders and non-technical audiences.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

A successful Data Scientist will have the following:

• Min. 3 years commercial experience as a Data Scientist
• Exposure solving operational and commercial challenges through Data Science & Machine Learning.
• Preferably background in operations/ operational research and solving challenges in operations.
• Minimum of BSc in STEM subject or Operational Research
