Exciting opportunity to join an organisation in Leeds City Centre- 12 month FTC, Immediate Start
About Our Client:
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support on behalf of all members of the Senior Manager Team including diary management, organisation and booking of travel.
- Assist in servicing Committee meetings to a high standard.
- Organise and attend premeetings for Committees to ensure agenda and papers are agreed and followup on actions for the relevant Committee members. Finalise and format documents and reports. Ensure papers are circulated in good time of the meetings, uploaded to the portal when relevant and final minutes are circulated once approved.
- Track, monitor and raise purchase orders for certain items of budget expenditure, ensuring paperwork is filed correctly.
- Maintain effective and confidential filing systems.
- Other adhoc duties as required.
The Successful Applicant:
- Experience of preparing reports including minutes and the preparation and presentation of information.
- Experience within a Personal Assistant or a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and prioritising skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with staff at all levels
