The team requires an Administrator to support the Integrated Learning Disability Service (ILDS) team.
You will join a dynamic, integrated multi-disciplinary community service which provides specialist health and social care services to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
The Hackney Integrated Learning Disability Service (ILDS) is organised into multi-disciplinary teams, Preparing for Adulthood, Intensive Support and Referral, Review and Ongoing Support.
General Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative, clerical, and organisational support to the Integrated Learning Disability Service (ILDS) team.
- To contribute to the effective communication of information and liaison with staff, service users, ILDS team, the public and other professionals.
- To assist with financial systems, accounts, and records, according to written policies and procedures.
- To ensure that all relevant systems are up to date and accurate.

Qualifications:
- GCSE Grade A-C (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics
Skills & experience
- A flexible attitude
- Experience of utilising a range of IT programmes and maintaining database systems
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & Outlook
- Good time management skills, and the ability to organize and prioritise workload.
- The ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Excellent written and spoken communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail.
