Job Purpose

  • Oversee performance, compliance, and day to day activities to drive performance on a single contract as well as supporting on front line duties.
  • Maintain relationships with employers adding value to the recruitment process.
  • Assist customers to become job ready by coaching and providing employerled workshops.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and motivate others to develop/grow industryspecific knowledge and skills.
  • Provide a sense of authority to the customers and enable them to feel more confident & strengthened.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create awareness amongst the employers about our company's vision of equal opportunities and values.
  • Have a strong understanding of the employability contracts and work between EA and lead role.
  • Oversee KPI's against targets set by internal and external profiles.
  • Conduct 121's for all staff members monthly and use performance management framework.
  • Conduct caseload reviews to ensure whole caseload is being progressed.
  • Support the Team with the working with the hardest to help Customers and having threeway meetings with customers to assist progression.
  • To use MI to day to day manage the team and rive activity.
  • To work with our stake holders and other key Partners to progress relationships.
  • Ensure team are manage with the values of the organization and have a positive cando approach.
  • Understand claims.
  • Oversee a 65% caseload of standard advisor and support in advisor absence.
  • Above not exhaustive and can be other areas.
  • Provide customers with quality constructive feedback that allows them to improve and prepare for the dynamic work environment.
  • Provide support to the stakeholders to enable them to sustain employment through good practice and overcome any foreseen barriers.

Key Skills Required

  • Ability to carry out the duties of the job with reasonable adjustments when necessary.
  • Experience of Welfare to work or Target driven experience.
  • Some management experience or management experience.
  • Able to take instruction and have a good communication skill.
  • Experience of negotiation
  • Selfmotivated
  • Experience of analysing data
  • Experience of completing audits and compliance experience.
  • Experience of people management in a similar setting
  • Proven track record and demonstrate a strong understanding of employer recruitment.
  • Strong communication, conflict management and negotiation skills.
  • Previous welfare to work or similar industry experience
  • Previous Senior Advisor or Team leader experience
  • Partnership building experience or Stakeholder.
  • Must be resourceful & innovative with a positive outlook.
  • Targetdriven and confident to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Team player and supportive of colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel in/around London.
