We are currently looking for a
Sales Excellence Specialist to join our team, in one of the following locations**:Zagreb, Cluj-Napoca or London.

As our Sales Excellence Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the execution of Sales Excellence projects and initiatives to increase the sales performance across the commercial organization.

Reporting to the Sales Excellence Manager, you will be working at an EMEA level and play a pivotal role in the execution and success of the Sales Excellence transformation programs and evolution of the value selling methodology (OneCode).

Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and support execution of Sales Excellence projects and initiatives, such as (but not restricted to):
  • OneCode reinforcement and onboarding activities and learning journeys
  • Competency assessment
  • Maturity assessment
  • Critical backoffice support with onboarding new starters into the EMEA Sales organization
  • Analyze competency assessment and maturity assessment data to contribute towards Sales Excellence recommendations to the commercial organization
  • Collaborate with key teams and functions to execute Sales Excellence initiatives, including the Academy team to keep up to date with other complimentary learning plans
  • Coordinate Sales Excellence communication series, including creating new ways of engaging with the commercial organization and promoting sales tools best practice, including OneCode tools, CRM and Power BI
  • Provide a feedback loop to the Sales Excellence Manager to help identify opportunities for improvement in OneCode adoption
  • Keep OneCode toolkit up to date based on development in value selling methodology and EMEA Sales function strategy and GTM Keep up to date with the latest changes and developments in the critical Vertiv tools, such as LMS, HR tool and CRM to support with Sales Excellence initiatives and activities

You Have:


  • Bachelor's degree in any of the following fields: Sales, Business or Engineering
  • 13 years previous experience in a support function or position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellence time management and organisation skills
  • An awareness of value selling principles and methodology Fluency in English.
