My client is looking for a Business Improvement Manager to support in identifying and implementing strategic process improvement programs across the business and associated partner companies.

My client is a Building and Construction property management company looking for a Business Improvement Manager to be apart of their City of London office.
Description
This role sits as part of a newly created central business improvement change team focussing on project delivery of key improvement initiatives across the organisation.
The key responsibilities of the Business Improvement Manager would include:
- Support the Head of Business Process Improvement to identify and drive strategic programs including the delivery of a new asset management system, overarching efficiencies and delivery that aligns to the new vision.
- Lead and support medium to large scale improvement projects using the appropriate continuous improvement method depending on type of project.
- Be responsible for developing effective working processes and relationships with colleagues within other transformation workstreams.
- Ensure process maps and documentation are kept up to date and reflective of changes.
- Deliver internal process improvements that align to the services offered to their 3rd party clients who may want the same proposition as part of the work undertaken by the client on their behalf.
Profile
The successful Business Improvement Manager will have the following:
- Lean Six Sigma and Project Management qualifications advantageous
- Able to demonstrate ability to think strategically, ability to identify & sole difficult operational issues.
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Good attention to detail
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- Experience within facilities or estates process improvement
Job Offer
On offer for the successful Business Improvement Manager at my Property Services company:
- Salary of £57,300
- 37.5 hour working week.
- Minimum of 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
