Project Administrator

We are looking for a Project Administrator, ideally with experience in scheduling, to work with our client in Hertford.

This is a new position as the team is expanding, and is an administrative role.

The Project Administrator is responsible for getting the work requested by the clients allocated to the appropriate team member, and for organising quotes, paperwork, and travelarrangements.

The salary for this role is £23,000 to £25,000 per annum.

The company are based in Hertford town centre andhave on-site parking.

On a day to day basis the Project Administrator will:

  • Manage the administration for the team
  • Allocate work and assignments
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Making appointments and organising meetings
  • Planning and scheduling, prioritising

The successful Project Adminsitrator will:

  • Be incredibly organised
  • Have excellent IT/systems knowledge, especially Excel
  • Able to multi task and forward plan
  • Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
  • Be able to deal with senior level executives
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm (5 pm on Fridays).
