    Do you have a passion for strategic sourcing and a proven track record in the staffing and recruitment industry? HireXtra, a leading provider of Managed Service Programs (MSP) for staffing and recruitment, is seeking a Procurement Director to lead our procurement initiatives and drive cost savings across our MSP portfolio.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with HireXtra's MSP business objectives.
    • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with preferred vendors for a variety of staffing and recruitment services (e.g., temporary staffing, RPO, direct placement).
    • Manage and optimize supplier relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
    • Oversee the procurement process, ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance regulations.
    • Analyze vendor performance metrics and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, account management, and finance teams, to ensure alignment with procurement strategies.
    • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in procurement within the staffing and recruitment space.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a procurement or sourcing leadership role.
    • Proven track record of negotiating and managing successful vendor contracts within the staffing and recruitment industry.
    • Strong understanding of cost analysis, cost reduction strategies, and contract management principles.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficient in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
    • Experience with a Vendor Management System (VMS) a plus.
