Teaching Assistant SEN needed urgently in the Dudley area to start working ASAP

Due to a high demand of Teaching Assistants needed in SEN schools in Dudley, Balfor Education are looking for motivated, passionate, and pro-active people who want the opportunity to work in a school environment.

This job is for you if

Have a passion and some experience (professional or personal) working with special needs

Are an enthusiastic and bubbly individual who can be proactive

The job itself:

This is a fulltime position (Monday
Friday) typically from the hours of 8:303:30
You will be working with students with special needs such as Autism, so some experience, even personal, would be preferable
You will either support a full classroom environment or will work with small groups of children
You will need a passion and willingness to learn
You will need to be able to create a strong and supportive relationship with children
You will have a clear enhanced child DBS on the update service or be willing to pay to have one processed through Balfor
