- Manage a portfolio of your team's residential conveyancing matters.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes.
- Oversee outsourcing of work and maintain strong external relationships.
- Contribute to strategic planning, training, and development initiatives.
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing &/or commercial property.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
