    About the role
    Seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrator with a background in Social Housing to join their team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our social housing division.
    Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the social housing team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation related to social housing projects.
    • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
    • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project coordination.
    • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing prompt and professional responses.
    • Assist with procurement processes, including obtaining quotes, processing orders, and managing inventory.
    • Support the monitoring and reporting of project budgets, expenses, and timelines.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures within the social housing division.
    Requirements:
    • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the Social Housing sector.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
    • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Knowledge of social housing regulations and compliance requirements is preferred
