Interactive Entertainment Group (IEG) is responsible for the R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports.

Through online gaming, live broadcasts, and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users.

Gain insights into overall trends in overseas gaming, identify potential areas of growth, and assist in decision-making by committee.

Assist in setting department goals and development strategies, prioritize business objectives, and collaborate with various departments to implement strategic initiatives.

Conduct business model calculations and analyze gaming operational data for relevant business areas.
Support the development of 2nd-party studios, maintain daily communication and relationships with partners and investment companies.
Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 8 years of experience in consulting, internet, and gaming industries.
Strong skills in industry analysis, communication, problem-solving, and strategy formulation.

Passion for the gaming industry, with experience in PC/Console games, preferably in genres such as shooting, MOBA, RPG, or anime.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
